Reem Mall offers specially designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities and those facing physical challenges. These accessible parking slots are conveniently situated in close proximity to all mall entrances within the parking facilities, ensuring ease of access for visitors with special needs.

The mall features designated points for convenient pick-up and drop-off services, strategically positioned at the South Entrance within B1 Parking on Al Ghazal Street.

Taxi pick-up zones are conveniently positioned at B1 Parking (adjacent to Carrefour) and the South Entrance on Al Ghazal Street within B1 Parking. Similarly, designated drop-off areas can be found at B1 Parking (adjacent to Carrefour), the South Entrance on Al Ghazal Street within B1 Parking, and the North Podium Entrance.

Visitors have the option to access bus transportation services from the South Entrance, situated at B1 Parking on Al Ghazal Street.

Reem Mall is equipped with two dedicated Guest Services desks, which cater to inquiries from our valued visitors and shoppers. The first desk is conveniently situated on the ground floor, near the South Entrance/Zara, while the second desk can be found on Level 2, adjacent to Snow Abu Dhabi.
